A MEMORABLE TRIP TO MANALI

My wonderful holiday to Manali with my family and friends had happened two years ago. It all started talking inside a party with friends. That was very well prepared. An eloquent journey in my life which has been a memorable one. We went via roads from Vellore to Chennai then through airways to reach Delhi and from there via roads to reach the destination, Manali. It was our first flight trip, wow what a lovely view from the plane, sheds light on a wonderful journey. An experienced tempo traveler car pilot came to pick us up after reaching Delhi and he was very kind and friendly to us. It took around 18 to 20 hours from Delhi to reach Manali by roads, as we took some breaks in the middle for food and site seeing.

The milky white clouds that float in the howling wind match the snow's chalky white color, spread all over the colossal mountain. The strong wind blows a gale like a hurricane and gives us an intrepid journey ahead. Although the journey from Delhi was long and tiring, and everything had gone as soon as Manali's cool breeze hit our face. We thought the heat had removed the snow from the hip of the mountain chiseled by the time. The tips of the mountain range stuck up like a chain of thorns all over our line of sight. Swaddled around them were necklaces of powdery snow. As we got closer to Manali the climate became arctic cold. Manali is a place for fun, adventure, and entertainment from kids to seniors for every generation. The mountains were vampire-white. A wave of white snow went rumbling down the sides. They were all crumpled at the base and sky-stabbing at the top. The legs of the mountains were very wide, and the peaks were like harpoon tips. They were shrouded in ghost-grey mist, and the air was chilling and numbing. During the evening time, the temperature dropped down to minus 5 degrees which could easily send light through our body, but it's a nice rescue from Vellore's scorching heat and humidity. Finally, that day ended with a cosmic dinner. The Ishaan hotel resorts where we stayed were nice and had a great view over the mountain peaks.

The next day we started with the adventure sports that were performed on the snow at the Rohtang pass which adds beauty to the place. Skiing, anxious on the tube slide, felt a lump in the throat during the river rafting, it was a perfect sporting experience that can only be done in a place like Manali. Manali has plenty to offer such as paragliding, skiing, and river rafting including a lot of hotel facilities. A visit to the Rohtang pass is a must. Better check the timings before you start it. I would say that anyone in a lifetime should visit the place Manali because the fun and joy you experience there will give an indelibly etched memory.
